How long does it take to ship my order?
Shipping takes 3-5 business days after receipt of order.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free for orders over €45. For orders under this value, shipping costs €4.90.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order using the DHL tracking system. You will also receive a separate shipping email with all relevant information.
How do I return my candle sand if I am not satisfied?
Returns are only possible if the package is unopened and in its original packaging. For hygiene and quality reasons, opened packages cannot be returned.
Who bears the return shipping costs?
The return costs depend on the reason for the return:
- In case of a defect/exchange, we will cover the shipping costs.
- In the case of a regular return, the customer bears the return shipping costs.

What is candle sand?
Candle sand offers a completely new way to create candles. Instead of a fixed shape, it consists of small wax grains that you can fill into any container. With a wick and your favorite scents and colors, you can create completely personalized candles that can be flexibly customized to your needs. Which containers can I use?
You can use any heat-resistant container—be it glass, ceramic, or metal. Your creativity is unlimited!
How long does the bag last?
The burning time depends on the amount of sand used. A 500g bag lasts for approximately 90 to 110 hours.
Are wicks included?
Yes, with every order we include 4 high-quality wicks that are perfectly matched to our candle sand.
How much candle sand do I need for a standard candle?
A normal candle jar needs about 90 g of candle sand to fill it nicely and achieve a decorative effect.
Is candle sand environmentally friendly?
Yes, our candle sand is made from natural materials and is environmentally friendly. It contains no harmful chemicals and is biodegradable, so you can use it with confidence.
